eco-craft ltd. do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We take the utmost care to protect customer privacy and keep personal and payment information private and secure. The site uses (SSL) technology, data encryption for secure online transactions which is supplied and PCI DSS certified by Layershift. Thereby ensuring the highest level of security and protection of sensitive information including credit cards details. When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are never stored on any of our computers. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
For return visitors to the site saving information in 'my account' we use the same Layershift SSL and PCI DSS secure technology to protect your stored personal and payment information to ensure that shopping at eco-craft is as safe as possible. As a customer using our website, you are responsible for the confidentiality of your account, password protection and preventing unauthorised access to your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur using your account or password. For your own protection you must inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.
Please ensure that your details in 'my account' are correct and kept updated. You can access and update your stored information in your ‘my account’ area of the website. We reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion.
How we use cookies

By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes.

In some circumstances we may anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.

No fee required – with some exceptions
You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable admin fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
What we may need from you
We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.
Time limit to respond
We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

This version was last updated on 24/05/18 and historic versions can be obtained by contacting us.
From 25 May 2018 there will be changes in data protection laws and we will then be able to respond to some of your requests (for example, a request for the transfer of your personal data).
