We will dispatch all orders as soon as possible but we cannot guarantee a delivery date. We will operate on a first come first serve basis and we cannot rush orders through as this wouldn't be fair on other customers.
We will email you a tracking number when your order has been dispatched. If you haven't received this email then it is unlikely that your order has been dispatched, even if your order is showing as 'complete' or 'shipped' in your account.
Delivery times will take longer than normal due to the increased demand with Royal Mail, DPD and Fedex. Royal Mail are currently experiencing delays of up to 5 days after dispatch.
Our current lead time is 1 to 2 days . If you would like to cancel your order please email us with the subject 'CANCEL followed your order number'
If there is a problem with your delivery, please email us with the subject 'DELIVERY followed by your order number', Please could you also confirm your full address and provide accurate descriptions on how to find your property. We will then relay this information onto the courier.
