Due to popular demand, we're thrilled to now be able to offer our new printing service. From greetings cards, stickers & thank you cards to soap boxes, jewellery boxes and more, you can add your own unique branding to our range of products designed, made & printed right here in our warehouse in the UK, from recycled material.
GETTING STARTED
Please read the information provided below, and then contact us at print@eco-craft.co.uk, and one of our team members will be in touch to discuss your requirements. We will work closely with you to ensure that your design looks great and meets your expectations.

SUPPLYING YOUR ARTWORK
In order to receive a quote, you will need to send us your artwork in a print-ready format. Please see the following guidelines on how to supply your artwork as “print-ready.”
Greetings cards, menus & paper/card prints should be supplied with 3mm bleed on all sides. For example a design for A6 that would be 105 x 148.5mm, should be supplied as 111 x 154.5mm, with a 3mm bleed around the edge marked with trim/crop marks. (Please note anything outside the crop marks will be trimmed away, make sure there is no text in this area.) We recommend keeping text and logos a minimum of 7mm away from the edge of your design to prevent any text being cut off.
If creating PDF in Photoshop/Illustrator, ensure the colour profile is 8-bit CMYK (not RGB) and the resolution is a minimum of 300 dpi/ppi, and ensure all text/custom fonts are outlined and/or embedded to prevent distortion or incorrect fonts displaying.
For certain products (eg. our pillow boxes, jewellery boxes etc) we recommend using our templates to ensure correct scale and placement of your logo/design, and check that any text/images are safely within the bleed/safe print area. If you are enquiring about one of these products, please let us know so we can provide a template. If the design is a simple logo design this may not be required for us to create a proof for you. We are able to provide a set-up service if you are unable to supply print-ready designs, starting at £15.00+VAT per design.

PROOFS
Your first Digital PDF proof is provided on all products free of charge. If you require tweaks to your design you will need to make the changes and re-submit your design, further proofs may be chargeable as it will require a fresh set-up.
Please note we will check for file compatibility, image quality etc but we are unable to make any changes for you. We also do not offer proof-reading text for spelling & grammar errors, this must be checked before sending to us.
Physical proofs/samples for boxes can be requested from £10.00+VAT, if you wish to see your design in 3D before going ahead with production. Please note these will be physical print outs on our template, and will not be die-cut, however you are able to manually cut & fold if required, to check the print on a 3D box.
