Our padded paper eco-mailers are recyclable and plastic free - the protective inner layer makes these mailers feel like traditional bubble lined bags, but the unique padding offers a more sustainable alternative, as the mailers are able to be placed in with normal household paper recycling.

Manufactured in the UK from 2-ply 70gsm kraft, these mailers have a strong and convenient peel & seal strip, offering quick and easy packing and creating a tamper-evident seal.

The back of each mailer features information about recycling and disposal to convey your eco-friendly ethos to the recipient. The front is left blank for your own labels & tape. Try our recycled L4 labels which are compatible with Click & Drop.

This mailer measures 215x335mm (internal) / 248x345mm (external) fitting neatly within Royal Mail’s “Small Parcel” size guidelines. Sizes +/- 5mm. This mailer will also fit into Large Letter if filled to a total thickness less than 25mm.

The padding layer inside these mailers is made from an expanded adhesive material. When recycled, this layer is designed to either be skimmed off and separated from the paper or dissolve during the recycling process, meaning the paper can easily be recycled.
