sustainable restaurant association: what does it mean to be an approved supplier?

We supply a lot of restaurants, bars & pubs with their menu paper, and we are proud to be an approved supplier certified by the sustainable restaurant association. Learn more about their commitment to a sustainable food industry here.

When it comes to sustainability, all of us have a role to play. A lot of you, our lovely customers, are restaurants, catering companies & bars, and as an eco-friendly company we wanted to make sure our products are following the latest guidelines for sustainability in this huge industry.

If you are looking to make your food-related business more environmentally friendly, the SRA has great resources available to not only help your businesses, but to help businesses help their diners & customers make more ethical and sustainable choices.

Launched in 2009, The Sustainable Restaurant Association is a not-for-profit membership organisation, based in the United Kingdom, launched to face the challenges for many businesses working in food service; while sustainability was seen as important, there was no consistency in the way it was defined or addressed. The 'Food Made Good' initiative was launched alongside the Sustainable Restaurant Association. Food Made Good aims to accelerate change toward an environmentally restorative and socially progressive hospitality sector in the UK.
