We will dispatch all orders as soon as possible but we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
We operate on a first come first serve basis and we cannot rush orders through as this wouldn't be fair on other customers. -
We will email your order tracking number once dispatched.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking details to update, the tracking usually becomes valid once the order is collected from our warehouse. Delivery times may take longer in peak trading periods, due to the increased demand on couriers.

If there is a problem with your order/delivery
Please email us, with your order number as the subject, including any relevant photos/details.
For issues with the courier, please include your full address and provide accurate descriptions on how to find your property, which we can pass on. -
International/EU Deliveries
Please provide EORI/VAT number in the 'add order note' field before proceeding to checkout. For NI business addresses, please provide your UKIMS number. These are not needed if your address is residential (non commercial) but there must be no business name in your address.
