We have taken every care to ensure that all information displayed on our website is accurate and that all goods have been fairly described.

Each product is sold subject to its product description. We have taken all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of the products shown on our website are correct. However all weights and dimensions are approximate only and may vary slightly from those shown. Therefore we advise you to check all orders before use, for any product variations between batches.
Product Tolerance / Colour Variations

Please note: Slight colour variations in paper and card stock can occur from time to time with recycled materials. This is more likely to be seen in our Hairy Manilla and eco-natural colours. They are both made from 100% post consumer waste and where possible no dye is used to colour them. Therefore the shade is largely dependant on what waste is available when the paper is being made. It can also show between different weights of papers as these will normally come from different makings and sometimes different mills. It is the proof that they are really recycled. Where dye is used to colour our card and papers it is made from non-toxic natural minerals and man made pigments. No animal derived pigments such as cochineal or harmful chemicals are used.
Please be aware that most of our products are made from natural products, so minor colour variations are inevitable between batches and due to the pigments used they cannot be guarenteed to be 100% light fast.

Product Suitability

Please note: We cannot guarantee the suitability of our products for any specific purposes. You must conduct your own tests on products before placing orders, to ensure that they are suitable for your requirements. We are happy to supply sample products / pieces so you can test our card / paper / envelopes / bags etc. before you place a large order. For many products this can now be done using the products 'add sample' button. Recycled, renewable and compostable materials are natural products which are liable to variation, so we advise that all orders should be checked for any variation before using them.

Should any product prove to be unsuitable for your needs, we are happy for you to return them for a refund - see our returns information. Please be aware though, that we will only refund for the value of the goods. We do not cover for any loss, however caused, to any items packed, displayed, sold in, made using etc. any of our products.
Pack Quantity

Please note: nearly all of our products are sold in packs of 10, 100 etc. and the price shown shows the price for the full pack quantity. All packs come in a single colour.
Back Orders

We do not send back orders. If for any reason your item is not in stock, we will use your contact details to inform you of any long delays or discontinued items. Where goods are required urgently we are happy to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Payment

We accept payment by Credit or Debit Cards - Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and PayPal through secure payments at Stripe. Payment is normally taken at point of dispatch. All orders must be paid for in full before dispatch. Do Not send your credit card information via fax, snail mail or email. Sorry we can only accept orders placed through our online store - we no longer accept orders by post, phone or fax. We reserve the right to adjust payment amounts, without asking permission first, due to mistakes, calculation errors, stock deletions etc.
Missing, Faulty or damaged goods

Faulty or damaged goods must be reported to us via the returns portal or email within 7 days of delivery.
Pending any claim for faulty goods or items damaged in transit, the goods must be retained for inspection / collection by courier.
Please Note: It is important that we are notified of faulty or damaged goods within 7 days of receipt so we can report any faults to our suppliers and enable us to replace goods or provide a refund promptly. We will endeavour to process all refunds ASAP (please allow up to 14 days especially at busy periods).
We are unable to offer a refund / exchange service on any products made to special order or cut to a special size, or to any of our food grade bags, once opened, for reasons of hygiene.
VAT Invoice

VAT is charged at the standard rate (20%) Please note the packing slip inside your parcel shows prices excluding VAT and Delivery and is not VAT invoice.
VAT invoices can be downloaded from the email confirmation page or your account order history. -
